Home Run: Great Client Experiences: The Jessica Bisignano Story - Episode 4
Tuesday Oct 20, 2020
Tuesday Oct 20, 2020
Jessica Bisignano and her husband Ryan are both Registered Nurses and were living in New Jersey in early 2020. They were tired of the cold winters and wanted to move to a warmer client. They had previously visited Arizona and liked the warmer winters and the ability to go to the mountains or California quickly and easily. Although they had been renting in New Jersey, they decided to buy rather than rent.
They found Angela Ruiz (Melancon) from The Laughton Team, who had worked with other couples moving across country and knew the best ways to show home virtually. Once Jessica and Ryan decided on a few homes to look at, the couple visited in June to look at the neighborhoods as well.
Originally they had developed a relationship with another lender who pre-qualified them, but when it came time for approval, the lender ultimately said “no”.
The couple was very distraught and suddenly the process seemed daunting. Angela reached out to Raquel Wilson with NFM Lending who called Jessica and immediately calmed her down just through her method of communicating. Raquel emailed Jessica her different loan program options and took a lot of time to go over the options and explain them.
Jessica says it was amazing that this all happened during a pandemic. The process was so easy it almost seemed “magical”. Uploading documents and electronic signatures made everything quick and easy. Raquel’s whole team was great with communication and responsiveness.
The couple moved in July 24th and are loving their new home.

Home Run: Great Client Experiences: The Rachel Warren Story - Episode 3
Friday Sep 18, 2020
Friday Sep 18, 2020
On the first day Rachel Warren and her husband, Nick went house-hunting, they found a home they loved. It had just gone on the market that same day. That evening they put in an offer. The only problem was that by the next morning, seven other people had also made an offer. To say the Denver market is on fire right now is an understatement and stories like Rachel and Nick’s are common. For a couple to win the first bid they put on a house is unheard of – it takes awhile for couples to learn how the real estate game is played in a seller’s market. But NFM Branch Manager, Jessica Uphoff and the Warren’s realtor, Stacey Bushaw, had already prepared them ahead of time with what to expect. Jessica immediately went to work on the seller’s agent, confirming the bid was the most solid offer on the table. And in a miraculous turn of events, the Warrens got their dream home. Hear their incredible journey in this month’s episode of Home Run: Great Client Experiences.

Home Run: Great Client Experiences: The Tym Barclay Story - Episode 2
Tuesday Aug 25, 2020
Tuesday Aug 25, 2020
Days away from settlement, Tym and Faith Barclay were excited to settle on their new home when an issue about contractual obligations almost caused things to come to a screeching halt. With all new furniture set to be delivered to the home, NFM Loan Originator in Charlotte, NC, Nancy Kellicut sprang into action. It was a huge relief for the Barclays who had a lot of questions going into purchasing their first home like how much their monthly payment would be and could they afford it. Nancy immediately put them at ease and walked them through the whole process. In our latest podcast, “Home Run”, Tym describes it as ultimately being easier than he imagined and how, in the end, Nancy went above and beyond to save the day and their home.

Home Run: Great Client Experiences: The Medjhy Doirin Story - Episode 1
Tuesday Jul 14, 2020
Tuesday Jul 14, 2020
Medjhy and her husband Gethro were relocating from New York to Florida and found a new builder community they liked. The builder had a lender lined up, but they told Medjhy and her husband that because of student loan debt and low credit score they couldn’t qualify. They had decided to give up and rent.
But they had connected with a realtor, Nadine, who referred them to David McLaughlin, Loan Originator with NFM Lending to see if there was something NFM could do. David met with them to discuss their situation. He came away with an understanding and a plan to get them into the new community.
